Which documents are required to collect the car?
- 1. A valid driving license is required. Without a valid license, it is not possible to pick up the vehicle. In addition to your regular driving license, an International Driving Permit is also required if your license is written in a language different from that of the rental country and/or uses characters that cannot be read in the rental country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is only valid when presented together with your regular driving license. All driving licenses must be valid and recognized in the rental country.
- 2. Your identification document, such as your passport or ID card.
- 3. If you do not choose the SCDW insurance, a valid credit card in your name is required, with an expiry date after the expected end of the rental. Please check the list of accepted credit cards in the rental terms of the country.
- 4. Proof of reservation confirmation.
What should I do in case of an accident?
You must immediately notify the rental company (+351 912 981 842) and the competent authorities (in the event of a serious accident, 112; if not serious, 296 105 100), must not leave the scene of the accident, and must complete the European Accident Statement (DAAA).

The rental company’s assistance service must be contacted at (+351 912 981 842).
If the vehicle malfunction is due to misuse, the customer will be held responsible for the costs.
